Below, you'll find our shipping and delivery policies which detail shipping timelines, costs, and other important information related to your order. All shipping will be processed on the same day as the order is placed, provided the order is placed before 3pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Please bare this in mind when choosing a delivery method.

1. United Kingdom

  • Standard Express Mainland Delivery (2-3 Working Days):
    • Orders £40.00 GBP and up: Free
    • Orders between £0.00 GBP and £39.99 GBP: £2.99
  • Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland)
    • £4.49 on all orders
    • Please note this is only applicable on UK Mainland orders placed before 1pm GMT, and will be delivered on the next working day.

2. Europe (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, and other listed countries)

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on dimensions and total weight. Please use the guidelines below as a guide, but note they may not be 100% accurate.

  • Express International Shipping (3-6 Working Days):
    • Orders between 0kg and 2kg: £10.99
    • Orders between 2.01kg and 6kg: £17.99
    • Orders between 6.01kg and 20kg: £19.99

4. International (United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and other listed countries)

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on dimensions and total weight. Please use the guidelines below as a guide, but note they may not be 100% accurate.

  • Standard Express Shipping (2 to 11 business days):
    • Orders between 0kg and 2kg: £14.99
    • Orders between 2.01kg and 10kg: £50.00

Additional Information

  • All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the order total and delivery location.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to issues from the carrier that are out of our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Damages

  • The Oche Outlet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
